The Need

VERO BEACH AREA FAMILIES ARE STRUGGLING RIGHT NOW TO GET THEIR BASIC NEEDS MET, STRUGGLING TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES, AND ALSO TRYING TO KEEP HOPE IN THEIR HEARTS DURING THIS ECONOMIC CRISIS

Harvest Food & Outreach Center has never been more important. We offer food, clothing, crisis care, and educational opportunities to those in economic need. Families are struggling to keep food on the table and to keep a roof over their heads during this challenging time.

The residents of Vero Beach need help to get their lives back on track. Families are struggling every day to get their basic needs met and struggling to keep hope in their hearts for the future. All of us have friends, family and people close to us who are deeply affected by this challenging time. The trickle down effect of poverty, sadly hits children and our elderly the hardest. Those most vulnerable in our society are sometimes those that suffer the most in tough economic times.

Our Solution

HARVEST FOOD & OUTREACH CENTER IS EXPANDING ITS EFFORTS TO HELP MORE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN NEED IN VERO BEACH THIS YEAR.

Harvest Food & Outreach Center will expand its holistic hunger relief model to more Vero Beach families in need this fall. The organization needs your help to open our new 27,000 square foot campus, located off US Hwy 1 in Vero Beach.

The Center will house our expanded Food Subsidy Program, our Vero Crisis Center, our Vero L.I.F.E. Program assisting with training and employment. The campus will also host other community groups, agencies and organizations, working in collaboration with Harvest Food & Outreach Center. Agencies like the Department of Children & Families, Workforce Solutions, and others will team up to help families in poverty.
